Create a partner company or a company member given an optional invitation token.
If the token is empty, the partner will be registered to the current url domain's public marketplace.
If the token is not valid a 404 error is returned. If the token has expired a 410 error is returned.
If the token is empty and the marketplace is not public a 404 error is returned.
